February 21st, 2015 - World of Outlaws Late Models Headline Volusia
11The World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series headlined the final three night of the 44th Annual DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida).

A talent-laden field of forty-nine Super Late Models converged on the 1/2-mile oval for Thursday night's, $10,000-to-win event. Zeigler raced his way into the 50-lap feature with a third place finish in heat race action. However, Mason retired early in the main event to a disappointing 29th place finish.

The DIRTcar Nationals rolled on as the WoO Late Model Series sanctioned another $10,000-to-win program on Friday night. With forty-seven entries filling the pit area, a third place finish in his heat race earned Zeigler the twelfth spot on the starting grid for the 50-lap finale. Mason went on to register a sixteenth place finish in the final rundown.

A tough Speedweeks campaign for Mason Zeigler came to a close on Saturday night at Volusia Speedway Park. Forty-five Super Late Models registered for battle, and struggles in qualifying pinned Mason deep in a heat race. He failed to reach a transfer position to the 50-lap finale and would have to run a b-main. In the b-main, Zeigler fell just short of locking into the $10,000-to-win main event, ending his night early.

February 18th, 2015 - Zeigler Enters DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia
1Mason Zeigler continued the busy start to his 2015 campaign on Monday night as the team traveled to Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) for the 44th Annual DIRTcar Nationals.

The opening round of the week-long event drew a stout field of forty-three UMP Super Late Models to the 1/2 mile oval. Mason fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat race, sending him to a b-main. Zeigler later won his b-main which earned him the seventeenth starting spot for the 30-lap feature. In the main event, Mason raced to a sixteenth place finish.

Zeigler returned to action on Wednesday night after Tuesday's events were cancelled due to inclement weather. Forty-eight entries filled the pit area for the $10,000-to-win program. Mason posted the fastest lap in his group during time trails, earning him the pole position for heat race action. Zeigler slid high on the opening lap of his heat race and fell to a fourth place finish, forcing him to run a b-main. He went on to win his b-main, locking him into the 20th starting position on the feature grid. In the 40-lap main event Mason registered an eighteenth place finish in the final rundown.

February 15th, 2015 - Action Shifts to Bubba Raceway Park for Winter Nationals
1The team shifted to Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida) on Saturday night for a $10,000-to-win, World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series event.

Twenty-eight entries registered for Round #2 of the Bubba Army Winter Nationals. Zeigler started and finished fifth in his heat race, earning him the fourteenth starting spot on the feature grid. During the course of the 50-lap feature, Mason battled around mid-pack for much of the race before settling to a sixteenth place finish in the final rundown.

The weekend drew to a close on Sunday evening with another $10,000-to-win, WoO Late Model Series program that drew a field of thirty-one competitors. Unfortunately, Zeigler battled the setup on his #25z Longhorn/Pro Power Racing Engine Super Late Model throughout the night and failed to qualify for the 50-lap finale.

February 13th, 2015 - A Pair of Top Ten's For Zeigler on Friday at East Bay
1The 39th Annual Winternationals at East Bay Raceway Park (Tampa, Florida) continued on Friday night with a doubleheader for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS).

Forty-one Super Late Models registered for Friday night's $10,000-to-win program, and a fourth place finish in heat race action would position Mason starting sixteenth on the feature grid. Zeigler mounted a great charge forward in the 50 lap finale, advancing nine spots to a solid seventh place finish.

Make-up events for Monday night's rainout were also contested on Friday night. Mason advanced from deep in his heat race to a fifth place finish, earning him the nineteenth starting spot for the $5,000-to-win feature. Zeigler once again enjoyed a great charge forward, passing nine other competitors en route to a tenth place finish in the final rundown.

February 12th, 2015 - Zeigler Competes in Winternationals at East Bay
1Mason Zeigler took the opportunity to take advantage of a few days off from the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series. Mason and the team traveled to East Bay Raceway Park (Tampa, Florida) for the opening round of the 39th Annual Winternationals.

Action resumed on Tuesday evening after Monday's events were nixed by rain. A talent-laden field of forty-two Super Late Models converged on the oval. Mason fell just short of a transfer position via heat race action, sending him to a b-main where a third place finish locked him into the 21st starting spot for the $5,000-to-win main event. Unfortunately, disaster struck on lap six when Devin Moran made hard contact with the outside wall right ahead of Zeigler, leaving him with no-where to go. The result was heavy dame to the right-rear of Mason's #25 entry that forced him to retire from the remainder of the 25-lapper.

Wednesday's $7,000-to-win, LOLMDS program drew a field of forty-three entries to "The Clay by the Bay." Zeigler started his outing by posting the fourth quickest lap in Group A of time trials, earning him a starting spot outside the front row for the second heat race. He slipped backwards to a fourth place finish in his heat race, which locked him into the fifteenth starting position on the feature grid. Zeigler battle the handle on his MZR #25z Longhorn/Pro Power Racing Engine Super Late Model during the 35-lap main event, ultimately retiring to a 22nd place finish in the final rundown.

Activities at East Bay Raceway Park drew to a close for Mason Zeigler Racing on Thursday night as the team competed in another $7,000-to-win program. Forty-four entries looked to chase a victory, and Mason's qualifying efforts would land him the fifth starting spot in heat race action. He went on to finish fifth in his heat race, which left him one spot short of a transfer position and sent him to a b-main. Zeigler registered a second place finish in the b-main to lock into the 20th starting spot for the 35-lap finale. During the course of the feature, Mason drove past eight other competitors en route to a respectable twelfth place finish.

February 7th, 2015 - Mason Zeigler Opens 2015 Campaign at Screven

The unsanctioned, $5,000-to-win program drew a strong field of thirty-four Super Late Models to the oval. Mason posted the third quickest lap in his group during time trials, which locked him into the fifth starting position for the feature. The World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series kicked off their 2015 season on Friday night with round #2 of the Winter Freeze as Mason began his chase for the Rookie of the Year title. Thirty-two entries converged on the 3/8 mile oval for the $10,000-to-win program, and posting the sixth fastest lap in his group during time trials earned Mason the third starting spot for his heat race. He went on to finish third in his heat, earning him the twelfth starting positon on the feature grid. During the course of the 50 lapper Zeigler battled around mid-pack for much of the event before settling to an eighteenth place finish in the final rundown.

Mason recorded his best finish of the weekend in Saturday night's finale of the 5th Annual Winter Freeze. Thirty-three competitors signed in for WoO Late Model Series event, all chasing the $10,000 top prize. Mason timed in seventh in his respective group during qualifications before charging to a second place finish in heat race action. As a result he went to the redraw for the 50 lap finale where he received the third starting spot on the grid. Zeigler battled amongst the top ten for the duration of the 50 lapper before taking the checkered flag in the seventh position.
