June 24th, 2017 - Zeigler Attends Firecracker 100 Weekend at Lernerville
After persistent rain in the area cancelled the first two nights of the Firecracker 100 at Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, Pennsylvania), Mason Zeigler was one of 45 Super Late Models signed in on Saturday for one round of preliminary features and the $30,000-to-win finale. After slipping up in qualifying, Zeigler logged a 10th place finish in his heat race sending him into the B-Main. Slated to start near the back of the 12-lapper, Mason decided to scratch from the consolation event and focus on the main event later on Saturday night.

Coming one spot short of a transfer position in his heat race with a 5th place finish, Mason went to capture a B-Main victory locking him into the 11th annual Firecracker 100. June 10th, 2017 - Mason Zeigler Wins Eldora Preliminary Feature on Friday
Bringing the richest weekend of the season in Super Late Model ranks to life, Mason Zeigler headed to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Thursday evening for the 23rd annual Dirt Late Model Dream. With 79 UMP DIRTcar entries on hand, Zeigler secured his spot into the opening night preliminary feature with the 5th and final transfer position in his heat. Earning the pole position for his heat race on Friday via qualifying, Mason scored a runner-up finish behind Bobby Pierce locking him into the 4th-starting spot for the A-Main. After battling for the top spot early in the preliminary feature, Zeigler overtook race-leader Tim McCreadie on lap 15. Holding off hard-charging Jimmy Mars in the final 10 circuits, Mason Zeigler reeled in his first win of the season and a $10,000 payday. Mars, McCreadie, Chris Simpson, and Brandon Sheppard completed the Top 5 finishers.

On Saturday for the final night of the 23rd edition of the Dirt Late Model Dream, Mason held his pole position starting spot in his heat to pick up the 15-lap victory. Rolling off 4th for the $100,000-to-win finale, Zeigler was battling for a Top 5 finish in the opening laps until suffering a flat right-rear tire sending him pitside. Hoping to rejoin the field from the tail after a tire exchange, Mason was unable to make it back out after his blown tire caused severe sheet metal damage to his car.

June 3rd, 2017 - Mason Zeigler Begins Appalachian Mountain Speedweek Series
Mason Zeigler kicked off the Ernie D’s Appalachian Mountain Speedweek Series on Thursday night piloting the Bryan Klinedinst-owned #43a Super Late Model at Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland). Drawing a staggering field off 55 cars, Mason timed in fourth fastest in his group before registering a runner-up finish in his heat behind Jason Covert. Starting in 4th for the opening night feature, Zeigler jumped up two spots to place 2nd behind Rick Eckert with Jason Covert, Trever Feathers, and Jeff Rine rounding out the Top 5. Following the Speedweek Series on Thursday to Susquehanna Speedway (Newberrytown, Pennsylvania), Mason was one of 43 cars signed in for the $4,000-to-win A-Main. Following the second fastest time in his qualifying group, Zeigler notched a 2nd place finish in his heat race behind Keith Jackson locking him into the 3rd-starting spot for the feature. After battling in a podium spot early, Mason suffered a broken main oil feed line ending his night immediately. He was credited with a 22nd place outing.

After taking Friday night off, Mason hopped behind the wheel of his #25Z XR1 Rocket Chassis Super Late Model on Saturday for the Appalachian Mountain Speedweek Series event at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pennsylvania). Starting the night off with a 10-lap heat race win, Zeigler earned the 7th-starting spot for the A-Main.
